Two more wins last week...

Last week the basketball teams got two more wins on the Brasilia Sports League (BSL).

The Junior Varsity team beat the French School 25 to 14, and the Varsity team beat the French School 38 to 29. Way to go Eagles! 

Next the Varsity team will play EDN on the semi-finals of the League (BSL), and the JV team plays EAB on their last regular season game. Play-offs are next! 

Eagles win another one

BIS beats French Scholl 25 to 14. Tough game, specially on the first half. On the second half the Eagles found their rhythm and were able to finish on top. Great job boys! 

Basketball schedule update

Basketball Schedule update… November 8^th , 2013

-          November 11^th , Monday,  5pm to 6pm, at EAB for JV team only.

o   BIS vs EF (Escola Francesa).

o   Please plan your schedules and transportations to arrive on time and be picked up on time at the end of the game.

-          November 13^th , Wednesday,  5pm to 6pm, at EAB for Varsity team only.

o   BIS vs EF (Escola Francesa).

o   Please plan your schedules and transportations to arrive on time and be picked up on time at the end of the game.

-          Parents and friends are welcome to come cheer for the Eagles!  If you would like to come to the game please email coach Batista to be added to the list.

No game on Monday

Sorry for the delayed post, but there will be no basketball game on Monday. I've done all I can to schedule this game, now we are waiting for the other coaches to respond.

The game against the French Scholl is still pending. Coaches are talking and trying to find a date when both teams can meet to play. More updates coming asap.
